Als Werkstudent:in bist Du ein wichtiger Teil unseres dynamischen People & Culture-Teams und gestaltest die Employee Experience vom ersten Tag an aktiv mit. Du übernimmst vielfältige Aufgaben rund um das People- und HR-Management und gewinnst dabei tiefe Einblicke in moderne Organisationsstrukturen sowie unsere Unternehmenskultur.

- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung operativer HR-Prozesse:
Unterstütze beispielsweise beim Onboarding, bei der Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdaten, beim Bewerbermanagement und in der täglichen Personaladministration. - Vorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung:
Du unterstützt bei der Zusammenstellung und Prüfung aller relevanten Daten für die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung und arbeitest eng mit unserer Lohnbuchhaltung zusammen. - Mitgestaltung unserer Unternehmenskultur:
Bringe Deine eigenen Ideen in Initiativen rund um Team Spirit, Diversity & Inclusion oder Mitarbeiter-Events mit ein und übernimm Verantwortung für Teilbereiche. - Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende:
Sei eine verlässliche Schnittstelle und unterstütze bei HR-Fragestellungen. - Unterstützung bei People-Projekten:
Arbeite aktiv an Projekten, die unsere Arbeitswelt verbessern, mit – vom Benefits-Management bis hin zu Culture Days. - Dokumentation und Reporting:
Arbeite bei der Erstellung von Analysen, Reportings und Präsentationen mit.
