Als Personal Assistant (m/w/d) auf freiberuflicher Basis arbeitest du eng, direkt und remote mit dem Managing Partner. Du bist Kalenderpilot, Reiseoptimierer, Chaosbändiger, Remindermaschine und Kommunikationsfilter in einem. Du brauchst kein juristisches Wissen – du brauchst Geschwindigkeit, Präzision und den Willen, Dinge möglich zu machen.

- Organisation komplexer Reisen (Airline, Hotel, Fahrer, Visa etc.)
- Steuerung und Strukturierung von Kalendern, Terminen, Wiedervorlagen
- Tägliche To-do-Koordination, Priorisierung, Reminder-System
- Kommunikation mit internen Teams, Partnern, Hotels, Events, externen PAs
- Persönliche Erledigungen auf hohem Niveau
- Nutzung smarter Tools: Outlook, Notion, Teams, WhatsApp, Asana
