... bist die Konstante für unsere Mandanten – ihr fester Ansprechpartner für alles außerhalb der rechtlichen Facharbeit
- Betreust Mandanten proaktiv nach Mandatsbeginn und bist ihr fester Ansprechpartner für organisatorische Anliegen
- Kommunizierst offen und empathisch – auch bei sensiblen Themen wie offenen Rechnungen
- Führst wöchentliche Gespräche mit Mandanten im Mahnprozess und entwickelst gemeinsam passende Lösungen
- Bist erster Ansprechpartner für administrative Anliegen der Mandanten (z. B. Rechnungen oder organisatorische Rückfragen)
- Erkennst den richtigen Moment, um zufriedene Mandanten um eine Google-Bewertung zu bitten – natürlich und situationsgerecht
- Nimmst negative Bewertungen ernst, gehst proaktiv auf Mandanten zu und findest Lösungen – ohne Eskalation
- Pflegst Mandatsstatus, Kommunikationshistorie und das Bewertungsmonitoring zuverlässig im CRM

- Einwandfreiem Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C2) sowie einer klaren und angenehmen Ausdrucksweise
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im After-Sales oder in serviceorientierten Rollen mit Verantwortung
- Der Fähigkeit, auch in schwierigen oder wiederkehrenden Gesprächen professionell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert zu bleiben
- Fingerspitzengefühl bei Kosten- und Rechnungsthemen sowie in der Kommunikation rund um Kundenbewertungen
- Sicherem Umgang mit digitalenTools (CRM, E-Mail und Videokonferenz)
